Ammar Naufal was born on the 8th of July, 2005.
Dear Ammar, Babah and Mummy would like to thank you for making us the happiest couple. Ever.
Pah (my mom) once said, "life is like an onion - we cry as we peel it off..." Life is not easy, dear. It offers challenges that will teach you to be strong, independent and mature. However, do enjoy the ride along the way! May your life be filled with happiness and great health, little one.
Our love and prayer. Always!

The radio station where I work has organised a bowling event involving the crew, the announcers, artists, the media and some listeners.
Since I can't play while pregnant, I brought Juan along. He's now an "unofficial" crew of Sinar FM! Heee...

Our dear friend Anim celebrated this year's Labour Day with a wedding. Congratulations to Anim and hubby, Hafiz! Though the news of her big day came only one month before the wedding, all of us would like to wish you all the best. Semoga berkekalan ke anak cucu...
For Anim's wedding, B'que and I had a mission! We were 'assigned' to look for a wedding cake. Whoa, it was quite a mission, all right! I even had a dream the night before the wedding - the night before claiming the ordered cake.
I dreamt that the shop had mistakenly make a birthday cake with the theme of an 'animal farm'! In the dream, I saw horses drank water from the blue lake... and the ducks and the chickens...
I kept my fingers crossed when we went to pick up the cake. Luckily, it turned out all right! (Phew!)
To Anim & Hafiz, congratulations again!

Afiq turns 1!
|
|
Afiq turns 1 year-old on April 30th. Wan and Opah came from Alor Setar for the special event, though Bro Art and Sis Faza didn't plan a big birthday party. It was just a small gathering with the family.
Unfortunately Sis Ija & family couldn't make it... Sis Ija is, as well, PREGNANT! She's about 2 month pregnant now.... CONGRATULATIONS! So, besides celebrating Afiq's first birthday this 2005, the whole family has another two joyous celebrations to look forward to - welcoming my baby (sometime in July) and Sis Ija's third baby (sometime in November)!

This time around, my family and I went up to a 'cool' place, Genting Highlands. We stayed a Hotel Seri Malaysia (thanks to papa!) - in a nice joint room. Sadly, Bro Art, Sis Faza and baby Afiq were not able to join us this time cause they were on a trip to Japan - again...
From Genting Highlands, we took a ride to Bukit Tinggi. Guess it's still a new, new place to visit with limited things to see. The animal farm may attract the kids more than the adults and the Japanese Village, well, walking up the village wa quite a 'legwork' especially for a pregnant lady like me... yup, I was four month pregnant then! I told Sis Ija that we ain't going there again - not in the next 3 years, at least... But somehow, I found walking in the French town exciting.
The last 3 photos, however, were taken during our weekend trip to Kuantan. Juan and I (and the baby, of course!) stayed at the Legend Hotel, Cherating. Nice and quiet.
